Survey: Employability of Migrant Woman in Ireland

The Employability of Migrant Women in Ireland reports results from a 2020 survey conducted by New Communities Partnership and its project, Migrant Women—Opportunities for Work (Mi-WOW). 

The survey was designed to identify barriers migrant women encounter, determine which sectors they are most interested in working in, and uncover the best member recruitment strategies for Mi-WOW. 

The survey revealed demographic information of migrant women in Ireland and paints a vivid picture of their journey navigating the Irish labor market.
