New Communities Partnership & Africa Centre Local Election Project 2009

The local elections take place on June 5th 2009. NCP and the Africa Centre will be hosting a series of public meetings nationwide with candidates being invited to engage with members of new communities.  These meetings will give members from new communities the opportunity to discuss the following with political representatives in their area;

• Integration & Immigration
• Diversity & Community Cohesion
• Employment & Poverty Impacts
• Housing & Urban Development
